• To be eligible for the Buyer Rebate Program you must attain your needed mortgage financing through True North Mortgage.

  • Clients that participate in this program are entitled to a cash rebate of the commissions collected by the purchasing brokerage.

  • The commissions collected by the purchasing brokerage include everything paid to the purchasing brokerage by the seller. Typical fees collected by the purchasing brokerage are:
    Calgary - 3.5% of the first $100,000 plus 1.5% of the balance of the net purchase price.*
    Vancouver - 3.255% of the first $100,000 plus 1.1625% of the balance of the net purchase price.*
    Toronto - 2.5% of the total purchase price.*
    *These are the local industry standard rates, but actual commission rates may vary by listing.

  • The commission rebate will be direct deposited into the Client’s bank account within 10 business days of the Property purchase completion date.

  • It often takes several tours with one of our Realtors® before a client finds their new home. Each tour will likely entail visiting several homes. To keep us all focused, if the client requires more than 5 separate tours, or has a conditional purchase on which conditions aren’t waived for any reason, the Rebate will be reduced to 15% of the commissions collected

  • TN Realty does provide limited listing services at this time in Calgary, we can refer you to one of our great partners in Vancouver or Toronto who offer preferred listing commission rates to TN Realty clients.

  • True North Buyer Rebate Program currently only available to buyers in the Greater Calgary Area, Greater Toronto Area and the Greater Vancouver Area.
